A little bit of then and now:
I was born and raised in California and moved to Alabama in the late 80's. There, I grew to love fried okra, fireflies, kamikaze mosquito's and the constant struggle of trying to understand the southern drawl. I moved to Tennessee in 2001 and finished my bachelor's degree in 3d animation & graphic design four years later. 2 weeks after I graduated, I was in a small truck with my kitties in the back and a 5foot U-haul trailer heading to my future in Portland, Oregon.

Currently, I'm a full-time designer/illustrator for an energy-conservation non-profit, as well as the co-owner and illustrator for Bird Brain Prints. My husband and I can usually be found at one of the many brewpubs around town or hanging with our pup poolside in our backyard ($9 kiddie pool from Freddies, oh yea!)
